Karts

JUNIOR EVO KARTS :

  • Drivers must be 8 – 12 years old, over 1.27m tall and under 76kg
  • Honda GX120 engine, wet clutch reduction gearbox and chain drive
  • Adjustable seat unit, 3 position flip over pedal system to tailor for each driver
  • Wrap-around protection system, chassis mounted using rubber shock absorbing mounts
  • Mechanically governed top speed
  • Fitted with De-Haardt electronic speed control / engine cut off system

The junior karts are capable of quite a speed for younger drivers, so our experienced staff will take the driver through a safety briefing and kart controls step by step. Once this is successfully completed, the drivers are then taken to the pits, ready to drive!

SINGLE ENGINE PRO KARTS :

  • Drivers must be at least 12 years old, over 1.53m tall and under 127kg
  • Tuned Honda GX160 engine, wet clutch gearbox and chain drive
  • Adjustable seat unit, 3 position flip over pedal system to tailor for each driver
  • Wrap-around protection system, chassis mounted using rubber shock absorbing mounts
  • Fitted with De-Haardt electronic speed control / engine cut off system

The first of the BIZ pro karts are designed for adults, and are some of the fastest karts in Cornwall, capable of very high speeds. If you have not been on our track before, or it has been a while since you last karted, these machines are plenty of fun without being too challenging to keep under control.

TWIN ENGINE PRO KARTS :

  • Drivers must be at least 16 years old, over 1.53m tall and under 127kg
  • 2 x Tuned Honda GX160 engine, wet clutch gearbox and chain drive
  • Adjustable seat unit, 3 position flip over pedal system to tailor for each driver
  • Wrap-around protection system, chassis mounted using rubber shock absorbing mounts
  • Fitted with De-Haardt electronic speed control / engine cut off system

The second of the BIZ pro karts are lighting fast, but heavy on the steering. This means they are difficult to control at pace, and can be a handful on our curvy track. Please be aware that these karts are best suited to drivers with plenty of karting experience and are NOT a beginner’s kart. Please note: twin engine karts do not operate in the rain or on a wet track, and inconsiderate or dangerous driving will not be tolerated.
